worked hard..but still hungry....

AS usual quiet many works to be completed...and lots of other stuff to do...this time even could'nt watch much of awaited movies like "Tum mile","2012","paa".....hope I am not going to miss "3 idiots" lol.....
this happened when on a usual day of mine i was returning home after work...in mind was going the story of "Avatar" and some of the worries regarding life...mean while I was looking for a conveyance to go back home..with little effort got a Rickshaw..but had to share it with a man who worked as labour in near by construction sites...I was on first instance not going to sit in that rickshaw...but i was saving 10 bugs so i hired and shared it with him...he was tired and was hungry too i guess...I was playing games on my cell when i heard him calling me with the name Bauji....and this is how i suddenly fell in a conversation with him...he with his low voice just started telling all what he did in that day...helping other labours in pulling carts to earn a living...working at a construction site..and also small work to clean 2 rooms of a house on wage basis...
Rs.10 for helping in pulling carts that provided him with a morning meal...Rs.50 for cleaning those two rooms that provided him with lunch...
and then no money for working at the construction site just because that Thekedar{builder} refused to pay him the money and said take your money tommorrow..{kal le jana...2 din bad aana}..I was listening to him that time ....I replied why didnt you oppose...why did'nt 2-3 of you gathered and asked for your pay..he said..bauji noone says anything when they are paid and one of them remains unpaid...
on the point when i said you must complain against him ....his answer was something that really shook me and made me feel bad..."jiske pass paisa hai police and law&order usi ka hai"[one who has money has the power too]
well i was quiet...he was hungry he said...and could not afford a dinner that day..his eyes were red....I found myself unable to help him out..i could easily provide him with a dinner that night...but I didnt...and I myself am unable to figure out the reason..
he being hungry was not his mistake or his luck or the conditions...the problem lies somewhere with the people like us..
i came back home quietly......and from next time...will see that someone like him working at my home or my place doesnt sleep without dinner....

IT's long i didnt post anything...well it can be called as a continuation of what i wrote under the heading...c"choicelessness of mind is freedom,conflict in mind makes it hell"...
but this time it's a bit more personal about my life...i had some of the best moments of my life,extremely happy and joyful experiences,pleasant smiles and wonderful time in the last 6 months...that got paused on not so good note..
I have no choice....my mind is choiceless and i am happily devoted to the love to the greatest friend of my life...I never want that this feeling of mine gets effected in any way...and i will do anything to preserve this feeling in my heart forever.
I keeps on living and dying and then living again and dying again in the very feeling of love with her.It has become a vicious cycle that keeps on continuing.what to do now?
I dont know anything so now I have surrendered everything to this vicious cycle in which I died once again.I will keep my devotion preserve in heart.I have no worries.I know she will take care of herself.she will be happy and she willl be fine.
this time i will wait for this cycle to end forever.....
This time i will wait that my devotion is accompanied by her in form of her very soul...
this time when i say i am devoted to you and hear it back it will last till our last breath...
I have raised myself above this cycle..
and till then i m devoted surrendered and happy....
because its the choicelessness of my mind heart body and soul...
I will not let this feeling of mine effected anyway...
and for this if i have to be with my devotion alone.....i will.....
because its something i adore forever...:):)

taking up responsbility...

2 months back , i asked mom to stop watering the plants..I wanted to take up the responsibility to water my plants each day in the morning i wake up.In starting it was really difficult..I sometime completely forgot to give them water resulting in drying up of some plants..i even felt very lazy about and and not being liking the responsibility ..was some way or other tried to escape it...and in the mean while one more plant dried up....but that incident made me realise my mistake..
I have providing them water continuously for one month now..and it feels good.
today few white flowers bloomed on one of the plants after i have been watering them.
when we take up responsibilities..no matter we feel good or bad about it..we should be committed to them and perform them...it definitely brings up a change...
sometimes in form of a sweet flower looking great in the morning on your roof..:)

choicelessness of mind is freedom,conflict in mind makes it hell..

i often sit and think,why is it like,i get disturbed,and feel like doing nothing.
often I get struck in things that confuses me and stops me.I get lost in past memories or future worries.what is it that often bothers me...
its the conflict going in my mind via intellect..
when the mind have choices...conflicts and confusions arises..and then arises the bad feeling...
whatever you may call it...worry ,distrust,regret,botheration,...you feel bad...
when the mind doesnt have any other choice...
you feel good...
this choicelessness of mind leaves you at a very simple junction...
"feel good and move on with passion" or
"feel bad and sit in a corner and weep"
[ALL THAT HAD BEEN/HAS BEEN...ALL THAT IS RIGHT NOW ....ALL THAT WILL BE...}
choice is yours and the wise will definitely want to feel good and be choiceless....
its 5th june today...
i completed all my work..preparation for a forthcoming exam is also done...
had good food ,exercise and healthy interactions with family and friends...
right now while writing this blog..I m missing my S.M.I.L.E..

HAD A GOOD DAY....

MY exams finished on this 15th may...was in no mood to go out with friends..decided to get back home at 12:00 noon and relax..but suddenly called up my art of living teacher...Mr.Manish..
reached his home...i had a good time with him..he got me a cold khas khas drink,cut a water melon and ate together...then we had lunch together...talked a lot about some past experiences...fortunately he took me to Delhi college of Engineering for a yes+ follow up....
it was long kriya there...
i remembered some of the greatest moments i had during my yes plus course...remembered a touch,a presence and a feel of my breath and heart beats there....remembered some promises i made and some i broke...remembered my happiness and sadness...experienced moments of joy and pain...experienced a smile...
when kriya started and ended i looked at my hand like i always do and felt the presence of happiness...S.M.I.L.E...
reached home at 10:00 in the night...had a good day....
i pray for smiles....anyway they are and any how they are possible...
spread smiles and smile for yourself...
enjoy the pain you will enjoy the happiness even more...:)

strange things u hear sometimes....it feels good...

it happened on 11th may 2009,I was sitting at metro station for 3 hours....was waiting for a friend to come..however when i found its no more viable to wait i got up to get back home..
I came outside the metro station and hired a rickshaw to drop me at home...a small distance from metro station charged me about 10 bugs...
when i reached home i found i have a 500Rs. note...so , i started looking for change in close proximity...fortunately i found the change and got back to the rickshaw puller whom i asked to wait for few minutes so that i could arrange for the change...when i got back to him i found it was only his rickshaw there and he disappeared somewhere...i stood there for 5 minutes waiting and not knowing anything and just trying look for the rickkshaw puller so that i could pay him for his labour...he came back almost after 5 minutes...
the moment i saw him I just offered him the note and said "bhaiya ye rahe aapke paise"[hey,here is ur money]...
he looked at me and said...
"bahut imandar aur dil ke acchhe ho tum...hum hath mooh dhone ke chakkar mei paise bhool hi gaye the,aap ruke rahe"[you are quiet honest and good at heart..i forgot to take the money while wahing my hands and face and u stayed here to pay me...]
I felt strange,but good at the same time....smiled,nodding my head and went back...
strange things you hear sometimes that make you feel good...

what when a person who is struck between a number of people who are fake..and the person trying to enjoy in the group still unable to be the one who he/she actually is..
what when a person is sort of lost and giving up and need a push..
well god is giving you the opportunity to make him/her smile..
thats what i feel...
sometimes you just need to do nothing but just bear a sweet smile on a face assuring yes,i m there for you...and that will be enough for the person to be smiling ever...

NATIONAL AIDS AWARENESS FORUM

NATIONAL AIDS AWARENESS FORUM is a society established by our family that works for creating social awareness about AIDS and work for social welfare by organising various cultural events,seminars,blood donation camps etc...
recently the society organised a blood donation camp [red cross society] on 14th march at Baptist church chandnichowk...it was a great success..there were about 200 free blood sugar test done by Metropolis[a diagnostic firm] and out of 100 donors who came for blood donation...30 were accepted for the donation..
I as a member enjoyed working for the even..i filled forms..provided the donors with free lunch..

right now the society has got permission from the Delhi university administration to conduct lectures on AIDS awareness in university colleges...
working for such cause is great..and we all must work together...
for a better future we have to be the change we wish to see............

Fear of making a choice....

I was going through vishal bhaiya's blog(my art of living teacher)..http://vishalmerani.blogspot.com/and read something about intelligence[crookedness] and innocense...
putting it in different words,in a way i look at it....
often in life,we find ourselves in great complications..confusions ,deli ma all hover around from all over.we don't get any way out and end up in tears and depressed souls...why these complications arise..why is it that we are not able to make things simpler...
its just because we try to make them simpler...or it's like we think it will be simpler this way while it turns out to be the other way...
the only thing that lies behind is this fear....
1.fear of choosing ourselves....[what if i choose my happiness..what if i do this or that...hey i want to do this..i feel its good for me..i will be happier this way but what will happen to those who are concerned with me...is it right and ethical to do so..what will others think..what are the possibilities that we will not hurt anyone..]
we often face this situation where we find it difficult to choose ourselves....i m not talking about the sacrifices..they are part of life..we often dont get what we want.we should be happy and move ahead..what i m talking about is something that we can have..something which is so close to us and still we let it go due to this fear....
2.fear of not choosing ourselves..[what will happen to me..mera kya hoga..what about my happines. ..i will do this or that but will i be happy doing this..]
this is the fear that keep us close to the thing we really want to be with or want in our lives...
........................
here starts the complications..we have to make some choice at last...because not only us but people concerned with us also go through the same...and our decisions effect their lives too..these complications will not arise if we make these decisions ...or choices....
very few are those who willingly without any fear or pressure choose ,not choosing themselves...just for sake of others happiness...and for those some people if we not choose ourselves,we just throw this fear out of us then world will surely be a better place to live...
that's innocence....
intelligence has become crookedness these days....if these innocent people use their intelligence..,yes world will be a great place to live in....
some acts are out of intelligence...some are out of innocence..
innocent are always used and exploited by intelligents..
there is lot of intelligence in the world..what we need is innocense..
keep the faith strong..there will be no stopping...innocence will give you lots of smiles at last..
so innocents must use their intelligence:):)

TRY THIS EXERCISE......

here is a simple exercise for all of us...stand straight or in whatever posture you would like to...note down the time and start laughing...you dont have to speak anything....
just laugh and keep laughing...try and laugh for atleast 1 minute...
when i say ATLEAST....be cautious and get aware of one fact..."it gonna be really difficult for you".
you might feel you are a stupid doing that..you might start gasping while laughing,may be you get tired and your throat nerves will be stretched to maximum,you might be looking at your watch with your hair in your hands just thinking why is it taking so long to get this one minute over?....

yes you got it right...this exercise of laughing at your best for just a minute is quiet difficult...
now sit in silence and think for a while...
when you are upset or when you are weeping,when you get hurt and get really depressed...
how long you take to come out of it...you will realise that the time consumed in all this is far more than the time you could actually laugh...

how less do we smile in our life and how more we get sad or upset..it seems to be mathematical variables which are inversely proportional to each other....
we spend so much time in weeping getting hurt,being depressed or disheartened that we really have forgotten to smile....
so just keep smiling always...because if we see around us...life gives us lots and lots of reasons to smile...you just need to find some reasons for yourself....same as i always do...
AND FOR ALL WHO DON'T GET ENOUGH REASONS FOR SMILES...JUST GO AND TRY THIS EXERCISE...:):)

RULE OF GIVING 100%

ON 29TH JAN i was with my friends,representing our college team for an AD mad competition..
we went there with our full preparation..our topic was speaking photo frames...quiet interesting topic and we were trying to add as much creativity as we could in the last and only two days of preparation we got..
there were about 11 teams who came for the same competition..
when our number came..we were a bit nervous but than we gave it our full...
dont know but after those 5 minutes when it all took place we were all happy..
hey dude we gave it a nice shot..!
all teams performed and time for the result came..we were actually not caring about it much...
one would think "you people knew that u gonna lose as it was a bloody week act and u were not supposed to win anything....losers!!"
but to correct it we actually were very happy that we gave our 100% and there was no regret of losing...
we didnt win but it was a pleasant experience
when you give your 100% there is nothing left to feel regret about...
so give your 100% in whatever you do because after that u have nothing to regret about no matter your 100% worked or not...
note:just take one thing in consideration..you must have basic intelligence for judging whether giving your 100% worth it or not...in short you are giving ur full in something which is not impossible...lol

life compared with stock market....

i find myself very much interested whenever some discussion takes place on the topic of investments in equity and commodities..well this is something i really feel thrilled about...
for me investments are really very logical decisions about the future of economy rather than just speculations..and i personally try to gather as much information as i can on different ways of investing...to name some basics are fundamental and technical analysis...
if i see our life compared to stocks,it is not so different...
just as stock market goes through bear phase[downfall] our life go through sadness,discontentment,depressed and disheartened and unbearable life style..
then same as in stock market the panic phase comes...where everything seems to be ending..seems as if everything is finished and nothing gonna work..seems as if it is the end..
this is where intelligent[smart] investors survive...
now comes a congestion phase...phase of not so much of movements in the market..in life too after all this we accept everything as it comes to us..we try and cope up with situations..we surrender ourselves to the decisions surroundings take for us..
but this is not the end..as i said before..this is where SMART INVESTORS NOT ONLY SURVIVE BUT BUILD A STRONG BASE FOR LONG-TERM PROFITS..
just as these smart investors[buying stocks in panic and congestion phase] we should be buying lots of happiness for ourselves..giving our 100% in everything we do and spreading smiles everywhere we can get lots of smiles for ourselves...life never ends ...we just need to observe it differently..its quiet beautiful..and we can create unlimited reasons for smiles..

my perception about dreams...

coming back from college with my friend angad,we were discussing about the fantasy world.dreams..quiet interesting topic.we discussed many things that we see about dreams on television and sharing some of our horrible and sweetest dreams...
if we define it scientifically,dreams are:
Dreams are sequence images, sounds and feelings experienced while sleeping, particularly strongly associated with rapid eye movement sleep. The contents and biological purposes of dreams are not fully understood, though they have been a topic of speculation and interest throughout recorded history. The scientific study of dreams is known as oneirology.
now my perception about dreams is:
i think whatever remains uncompleted in our mind in any way..whether emotions work,thoughts,feelings anything that can not be completed the way we want,,we see them into dreams...
we create such structures in our dreams that take us through many things which in some way trying to get us what we want..
as it is our dreams whatever we see we see it from our perception..as a personal experience..when we experience a horrible dream we find the most easiest way out of every trouble that came across in the dreams..
suppose if i see i m jumping from the terrrace of a building which gonna take away my life the next second i see that i landed on my cars driving seat and drove it at max speed to my home...
we always try to escape from every thing that is troubling us in dreams and our mind{man} creates all the fantasy world to do so...
also i feel that whenever we are going through a complex problem in my life and if we see them into dreams...we are generally seeing either the most worst side of it which we need to escape any how...or we are seeing the [if analysed and interpretted properly]easiest solution to that proble...
well it was a pleasant experience talking to him on this confusing topic which i dont think i can define so easily:):)
