TRY THIS EXERCISE......
here is a simple exercise for all of us...stand straight or in whatever posture you would like to...note down the time and start laughing...you dont have to speak anything....
just laugh and keep laughing...try and laugh for atleast 1 minute...
when i say ATLEAST....be cautious and get aware of one fact..."it gonna be really difficult for you".
you might feel you are a stupid doing that..you might start gasping while laughing,may be you get tired and your throat nerves will be stretched to maximum,you might be looking at your watch with your hair in your hands just thinking why is it taking so long to get this one minute over?....
yes you got it right...this exercise of laughing at your best for just a minute is quiet difficult...
now sit in silence and think for a while...
when you are upset or when you are weeping,when you get hurt and get really depressed...
how long you take to come out of it...you will realise that the time consumed in all this is far more than the time you could actually laugh...

how less do we smile in our life and how more we get sad or upset..it seems to be mathematical variables which are inversely proportional to each other....
we spend so much time in weeping getting hurt,being depressed or disheartened that we really have forgotten to smile....
so just keep smiling always...because if we see around us...life gives us lots and lots of reasons to smile...you just need to find some reasons for yourself....same as i always do...
AND FOR ALL WHO DON'T GET ENOUGH REASONS FOR SMILES...JUST GO AND TRY THIS EXERCISE...:):)
